What are your delievery conditions?
Within Germany we deliver free of charge from an order value of EUR 40,-. For COD orders an additional charge of EUR 4,90 applies.The freight charges for shipping abroad are shown in the cash register-module. Select your country there. COD costs to EU-Countries are EUR 14,95.

Shipping to countries outside the EU
When shipping to Non-EU-Countries we charge the net price plus shippingcosts. In case of importing goods into foreign countries outside the EU taxes and duties can apply. These have to be payed by the customer.

How long does it take to deliver?
In Germany most articles are delivered within the next three working days (mon-fri) after ordering. Otherwise we will inform you. In this case you can withdraw from the contract.
In Europe and Overseas most articles are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after ordering.

What about a right of withdrawal in case I do not like what I ordered?
The articles bought in our shop can be returned within 14 days after receipt against reimbursement of the purchase price. In case of sending back please request - preferably by e-mail - a return voucher from us. Please do never send the products not prepaid! For further details see AGBs, 'right of withdrawal'.

Return of items under EUR 40,-
Please be aware when sending back items under EUR 40,- that you have to pay the whole postage for sending to us and back to you. This regulation derives from the distance selling law.
